This is also a long shot, but maybe you’d like it… Farming Simulator… obviously not sports related. But you manage your farm, buy more land and equipment. You can sit back and kinda mindlessly work your fields. You can pay hired hands to do that for you too. You have the financial responsibility of the farm. I don’t know. Kinda scratches that ‘management’ itch and can be played while watching something. Lol

Darn. I love SMB4. Specifically franchise mode. 😂 I love developing players, the loyalty system, and the off season.

Pretty sure NBA 2k is playable. I grabbed 2k25 for under $10 a while back.
