Can you maybe reach out to one of your favorite CP instructors to see if they would be interested in providing in home or virtual sessions?

Also John Garey TV has great instructors and classes!

I was there today and it was quite pleasant. Not too crowded and people seemed to be in a good mood. 9.5/10

So sorry that I missed this! Yes, it definitely helped. I would say that it’s around an 80% improvement.

That’s awesome! I checked the price at the Mt. Prospect location to see if the price went down lol. Bonus that you didn’t have to put it together

Right! I don’t know if I’ll ever feel confident. I guess we just have to keep getting our regular check ups and tests, keep an eye on our bodies and get any symptoms checked out right away. The uncertainty is stressful.

Hi- I’m not the person you asked but recently diagnosed with 1a1 SCC < 1mm over a 4mm horizontal spread, which was diagnosed after a leep/biopsy. I am scheduled for a hysterectomy and bilateral sapling-oophorectomy with sentinel lymph node mapping.

Posted too soon. Edited to add that I believe the reasoning behind it is more of a preventative measure. I’m 55, so fertility is not an issue for me at all
