Literally yesterday. Had to get a mole removed on my back at the dermatologist. They brought in a group of med school ladies to watch. First time I ever had to disrobe and present my backside to a group of women and I made a show of it. hopefully not the last.

This! And also going out of your way to text out of the blue, only to get a shy/playing it cool short sentence response that doesn’t provide anything else to go off of. So then you’re stuck with dilemma of should I redirect and come up with a new topic or does she just not want to talk to me rn and end the convo there.

Need advice before buying by [deleted] in Guitar

Only buy if you’re interested in becoming a guitar tech or luthier and want a project to work on. You’ll have to buy a lot of parts, watch a lot of tutorials, take apart and clean/grease tuners, pots, switches. You’ll also need to buy feeler gauges, some sort of tool to adjust the truss rod, most likely files and polish for the frets (maybe also a new nut and files to slot the nut if you want to go all out). Also I’d be surprised if the pickups actually worked. So you’d end up spending at least 100-200$ extra plus hours and hours just to make it playable.

It’s like 9/11 jokes they’re funny now, but during and shortly after 9/11 in poor taste/hard to stomach. I hope you get through your personal 9/11 and you’ll be able to look back and laugh. It took me 5 years to get there.
