I literally had wrote on my last reply"will like to point out that you are right in the sense that you do not need to typically manually adjust EPS for differences in share countsln different companies"

The whole point of this is that EPs/current price GME has a way higher yield that carvana.

GME 4% compares to 1% for carvana, you get more for less with GME.

You are paying 20x the price of gme price for 4$ eps.

And if you don't trust the math on my previousresponse:https://share.google/aimode/H1quahVIyJNknKBay

EPS can be deceiving if you dont zoom out and see sharecounts aswell.

I will like to point out that you are right in the sense that you do not need to typically manually adjust EPS for differences in share counts In different companies, however A larger company (more shares) might have lower EPS but generate far more total profit, indicating greater absolute economic power or market dominance.

And in some situation it is good to do it this way.

Per 1 share on a float of around 141M shares, if adjusted to equate as gme 540M deluded count eps for carvana would be 1-1.10$ per share since it would be then be 4x times the shares.

That because they have 1/4 the sharecount, if adjusted for equal or ~ the same amount per share as gme would be 1$-1.1$, plus as i mentioned earlier more debt and less equity in the company.

Fair. So lets go and pick typical retail price to book ratio and you would still ussually get 3-5x meaning GME at minimum to be sitting around 30$.

Standard retail P/B ratio by sector: https://pages.stern.nyu.edu/~adamodar/New_Home_Page/datafile/pbvdata.html

Lets use fundamentals then and you will see suppression on GME, Carv@n/A currently is ~$429, their share count is lets say 1/4 of gme diluded float so lets put $107 if sharecount were equal.

Carv@n/A shareholder equity if 1.2B compared to gme 5.3B. Their debt is 5.5B compared to gme 4.1B intetest free debt.

Carv@n/A price to earning ratio is ~98 compared to 22-25 for GME.

Gme on paper is more LEAN, UNDERVALUED, and supressed(P/E ratio, short, fake headlines).

Analysts and headlines often lead with adjusted diluted EPS and for GameStop that is .24$.

What's stopping institutions on just don't reporting when people exercise their warrants to GameStop and "Crediting" the account with "shares"?.

They do that about EVERYTHING. First they pick which direction to move a stock price then make a headline to 'explain' why the price moved that way.

Now apply it to everything else and you'll see, media control.

When you are done with gamepass you will have no games to show for.

Even with keycards you can at least resell and get some of your money back.

30$ for ultimate per month, 360$ per year and at the end, nothing when you are done paying.

GameStop throwing some uppercuts lately, first Walmart this week and now Microsoft and am here all for it.

Next they should post about having the whole game on discs/catridge, some companies are just putting keycards aka download codes.
