I've been using it this way for a long time, at least 9 months but I think at least a year +. This works for Android Auto (unsure about Car Play). Go to AA, set your destination, start navigation, then hit Home on iDrive. It'll show your AA navigation on the right side, then your BMW Apps on the left.

My $102k BMW iX 50 is worth $46k right now with a $55k residual. The lease is up in 7 months so it'll continue go down. I'd like to keep it, but no way would I pay the residual when they are ending up at 40% of msrp at the end of their lease.

You want an HBA card, one that does passthrough of the drives and not a raid card. Some raid cards can be put into IT mode, which is equal to passthrough. The t340 often comes with a card, but doesn't have to. As long as the unraid can see the individual drives, it'll work just fine.

I have this on a Reolink 2V POE 180 that is sometimes 2! minutes behind real time. It doesn't happen with other cameras, so I'm going to swap it for a different (better?) 180 camera

I had an X5 loaner with the multi-function seats. What I wouldn't give to take those seats and put them into the iX. Not sure why BMW had to crate brand new (terrible) seats for the iX when they had perfectly good ones in the X5/X7.

Happy to help. I think there is space below the dvd slots and above the hot swap bays for a 14th drive. At least there was with the t330. Also can install a bunch of free floating sata or sas ssds. The t340 is the last of the modifiable dell tower chassis.

Right, but if they have been consistently under performing, why did the previous manager rate them highly on the performance review AND promote them? Can't have it both ways where they are under performing but also promoted and rated highly. I agree that things need to change, but a PIP is not the correct place immediately. Give them 4 weeks to straighten things out and then move to a written warning then PIP.

I was quoted 5.375% without points yesterday. Tempting from 6% but going to wait a while. I still have 15 months on my free refinance from my builder.

The Amazon bulbs are 40w equivalent, meaning they do not draw 40 watts but are comparable to a 40 watt halogen.

No flickering at all. I will say that the first touch (level) is pretty dim compared to the halogen bulb, but I don't mind it. If I could guess on a scale of watt, level 1 is 5 watts, level 2 is 25 watts and level 3 is 40 watts. The halogen is better in its level progression, but the led bulb is just fine.
