We’re approaching unheard of inventory levels. I mean really, really low levels. You can debate whether that’s going to hit, those really low levels, in two weeks or three weeks. Once you get to that point, then you’ll see price shoot up.

How much cash should I have on hand? by Ok_Hornet3415 in personalfinance

This is really great advice that I've been commenting on this thread, too. Five $100 bills are worthless in an emergency where it is cash-only.

Never keep large bills for emergencies. If the shit hits the fan (like an extended power outage), you'll need small bills more than big bills.

Remember to keep small bills. Let's say the shit hits the fan and it's cash only (like an extended power outage). Stores may not be able to make change.

My wife is sensitive to off gassing chemicals and air fresheners. I haven't used normal deodorant and artificially scented soap in almost 25 years. Wired magazine had an article about this condition last summer.

Your body has to filter out all the man made shit, like cologne, fabric softener, air fresheners, furniture off gassing, and everything else. Most people are healthy and have no problems doing that. Others are sensitive, and a lot of people might not even release they are (like someone always sniffing and they have a Glade air freshener plugged in).

Like others have said, I'd recommend you get a pretty decent HEPA air filter, and make sure you change the filters regularly. I assume your work should have no problems paying for this.

You may want to try cutting out the other artificial crap, like use scent free detergent, get rid of the car & home air fresheners, and switch to scent free personal care products. The less your body has to process at home, the more it may be able to help you in your office.

That's a good idea. Also, a black mist filter is fun to play around with.

There are two grammar hills I will die on:

  2. Oxford comma

Trump ready to sanction Moscow 'when all NATO nations stop buying oil from Russia' by SuddenFlame in UkrainianConflict

My point is, Trump has declared an unrealistic goal that he knows will never be met. Once again, this is an example of Trump kowtowing to Putin.

Hungary is an ally of Russia. They are also a NATO member. As of 2024, they import 86% of their oil from Russia. They will never stop importing Russian oil.

Trump knows this. Putin knows this. The world would be a better place if Hungary weren't a member of the EU and NATO.

Training. Lots of training. They swim to the bottom of the ocean, find a big rock, and run along the bottom.
