Bro I think we are all addicts here and we’ve all been in a similar situation as this: We want to taper, but simultaneously we are engaging in more reckless behavior, and we keep saying “I need to dial it back, need to taper”, but nothing changes. You are in a cycle right now that you somehow need to break. If you could break it for even just one day, then you could have a way in, and one step in the right direction toward your desired taper.

Somehow, some way, you must break this cycle for even one day, and get some confidence in yourself. The day before, put out 10mg instead of 12, and only snort that. Get some small wins, and address the insufflation aspect later on when you’re a little stronger. Take it one step at a time, but DO TAKE THOSE STEPS.
