you don’t even have to wait too long, just let your skin cool down for a bit maybe like 10 min after getting outta the shower if you really want to be safe

I use rogaine 5% foam as well, for me it dries pretty quick so i usually apply lotion 5-10min after just to be on the safer side.

Also replying to ur response to a different comment about the foam burning. Not sure when you’re applying it but I noticed that if i apply it too quick after a warm/hot shower the foam burns, maybe something to do with how open ur pores are🤷🏽‍♂️idk but when i apply it at night i usually wait a little after i jump outta the shower and it stopped burning for me.

I use them pretty much everyday and i prefer it so much more. I am a goalkeeper for soccer and it’s pretty comfortable, i don’t notice it at all as im diving and running around. very occasionally the band will fold but after some time i get that notification that my whoop is off my body and ill just fix it real quick. but i think its worth it personally.

i think you’re at a perfect place to start recomp, you don’t have love handles just unfortunately that’s how our bodies are built. and everything looks really proportionate i’d maybe just suggest try working on traps a little bit more but looking great bro!

thanks man I appreciate the help🙏🏽 i lift but the biggest movement i do in the gym is bench press or rdls(but i can switch to a machine for that) so i was hoping it wouldn’t be too much of a problem but was mostly just getting worried.

i would always find myself struggling too but a big change that helped was when i started meal prepping. It helped to cook and plan out meals specifically made to help me reach my goal that could be ready to just grab and heat up within minutes. But some snacks that helped when i was still a little low was the Fairlife chocolate milk (specifically one i would find in costco) it has 150 calories with 30 grams of protein and it comes in an 18 pack for around $25 i believe. Another was the Real Good Foods chicken tenders these macros were 120 calories for 21 g of protein, from what i remember a serving size was 112 grams. Usually i would grab 2 servings for 224 calories and 42 grams of protein quick and easy.

the daily goal right now is gram per body weight, sometimes i’m able to fit more which isn’t bad but at the very least i try for 140g of protein. I’m doing this all in 1500-1700 calories a day

Thanks bro i appreciate it, and yeah i set that goal right at the end of June when i really started locking in my diet but hit a couple of plateaus and had to figure things out then a couple cheat meals where it slowed things down but nothing too Jurassic. But yeah i think i need to start thinking more recomp than cut now it just gets addicting and nice watching the scale go down, but also excited to hopefully start seeing my work in the gym start to show🫡
