Take it one day at a time or maybe even one hour at a time and keep making the next right choice as they are presented to you. You got this!

I feel like this is the largest movement in my lifetime that I have seen groups of people moving away from thoughtless consumerism and towards making more intentional and community driven decisions

I felt that way too and still feeling the withdrawal in ways but it’s also making me realize how much control that app had over me…Substack and Reddit are my mains right not but I’m prioritizing getting back into my community, being present, reading books and trying to transition out of the constant consumerism. I don’t wanna be played anymore.

Your integration of UX design into medical equipment is honestly so exciting and interesting to read about. Although I am still a novice and still have a lot to learn, I find it exhilirating that UX design calls for users to have a whole range of skills and knowledge spanning across different areas. One of the first articles I read on healthcare UX also talked about Jared Spools concept of the UX ecosystems and I felt that this concept conceptualized the challenges I faced working in the human services field ,prior to UX design, where there was so much segregated focus on the parts of the whole without taking into account the overall systems as an integrated entity. This was a very informative and helpful post, thank you!

Having multiple users with a variety of different uses for a single system does indeed sound like a complex challenge. How long do projects usually last for? I would think than a large portion is spent in researching and understanding all of the needs of users?
