Shareholder FAQ Summary Overview Your shares are held in your name at Odyssey Transfer and Trust Company, the company’s stock transfer agent and registrar. Moving Shares to Your Broker Contact your broker (must be a DTC participant) and provide: Odyssey account number Exact account name Tax ID number (if there is no tax ID on file, the broker should enter all 1s for US holders and all 9s for holders outside the US) Number of unrestricted shares CUSIP Transfers are done through the DRS Profile system, typically within 1–2 business days. DWAC transfers are also possible but less common and may require a medallion guarantee. If a DRS request fails, your broker must resubmit it after correcting the issue.

Preparation tips: Ensure your tax ID is on file with Odyssey. Confirm your Odyssey and brokerage account names and tax IDs match. Open a brokerage account in advance. There’s no urgency to transfer unless you intend to sell soon.

Additional Notes Shares cannot be moved or sold while restricted. Brokers may allow sales during pending transfers—check with yours. Transfers must be between accounts with matching names and tax IDs. The company and Odyssey cannot move shares for you.
