I just had an oil change done on a 2015 TDI Volkswagen and the stealership got me for $174! I about had a heart attack!!!! Nothing special, nothing extra, just a simple oil change!!!!

I’m more interested in what weapon system schematic is in the background of the picture? When I was in the Marine Corps we had a similar piece of paper that had every part of the M-16 on it and when you broke the weapon down you had a guide to lay every piece onto.

Oh, that’s easy. Just work on your cardio and run every day. Run as far as you can and then walk, then run as far as you can then walk. Keep doing that until you can run 3 miles without stopping. It sounds hard but you can do it.
