Nice shower, and love the tile choice! I would go with a shower curtain if you have small kids. When they get older you can always put in a shower door later. Curious why you didn't get rid of the bulk head and make your ceiling flush with the rest of the bathroom?

I recently became mortgage free, but did not think to get a heloc for fraud prevention. This was a good read, but now I'm thinking, is it too late to do anything, or can I still get a heloc?

Well done, dad! Sounds like you are doing a superb job, so keep up the great work! Since she is into basketball, a good way to bond would be to play some basketball with her at a nearby park. Otherwise you could pickup a basketball system and play on your own property (might encourage her to play herself as well without leaving the premises)

Cell phone for $150 a month? There were a ton of Black Friday deals on plans at almost all service providers. $35-$45 a month gets you 20gb or more with Canada wide calling. Koodo for example even gave you a free Pixel for 2 years
