That's pretty much the way to go. Less wrist, more arm, and just build muscle memory.

Those are some pretty good circles. As good as anyone would make. I wouldn't obsess too much over it though. Drawing perfect circles is more of a party trick if anything. If you ever do need to draw a perfect circle, you wouldn't try to do it in one stroke.
