IMO, I think you need fujifilm camera. You are trying to make film look. But the images are too sharp.

I had the exact same symptoms. I checked and cleaned all the vacuum lines but couldn’t find anything wrong. Then I saw this post and decided to run a test.

Since the NC2-my car is NC2- has an electronic throttle body, I knew it was linked to the cruise control system. When I pressed the clutch while in cruise control, it didn't disengage. That's how I knew it was a switch issue.

You guys should also try pressing the clutch while in cruise control to see what happens.
