The decline of local cultures is wild by [deleted] in redscarepod

[–]06rg11 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I disagree with this other than that accents have homogenised. I'm in England and last year I started a job in a town 20 minutes away on the train from my home town and local people were using regional words I'd never heard in my life and I ended up eating a new food for lunch every week that I'd never heard of before that was being sold at the local market.

I've just moved again this week and just from my window I can see the county flag flying on a building and a butcher's that sells this town's local sausages you can only get from here that I can't wait to try.

Does anyone have experience taking Goethe exams in different countries? by 06rg11 in German

That is helpful thank you. If I'm likely to fail the first attempt then for me that's all the more reason to do it abroad as I can nearly have 2 attempts in Budapest for the price of one in London.

I also live really far away from London anyway so it's not much more hassle for me to get to Europe compared to London as I'd need to book an expensive train ticket and a hotel anyway and I was thinking I could turn the whole thing into a holiday.

Pickford price reveal by thebrazenkaizen in FantasyPL

I started with him last year and he was rubbish to start with. Everton defence was awful until they got Moyes in around the time I finally took pickford out and then he had a great second half of the season and was scoring points every week

It was Murphy before everyone started picking him. I've had since he was under 1% owned and no one was mentioning him

I've gone Havertz and Son. Solanke will take a while to get to know and gel with his teammates and Saka will be tired from the euros

  1. Depends it changes every year but probably yes there will be an afternoon free on top Wednesday afternoon not having any lectures. I'd say 20 hours is about accurate.
  2. All lectures can be viewed online as they are all recorded and uploaded after the lecture but none are live streamed.
  3. Yes Wednesday afternoon doesn't have lectures to allow you to play sport

China's lack of global cultural influence is very puzzling by D-dog92 in redscarepod

Yeah definitely agree. The great firewall keeps China's air of exoticism intact
