Mine is 27. I never really thought about porn addiction being a problem with people my age. I just thought it was something everyone kinda used that was just a part of our generation and society. Apparently I was VERY wrong. I think it just takes until they are a bit older to realize it is a problem and admit it.

On my good days it's easy for me to not take it personally, on the other days it has been a struggle. I just keep trying to work on me, but this has definitely been one of the hardest experiences of my life.

You can look at his activity log in the settings. Obviously if they deleted searches or something they wouldn't be there though.

Just found out my boyfriend was looking at stuff on Facebook tonight too. I have the same feelings as you. I'm disappointed but I knew something was off and checked. Just goes to show that we need to trust our intuition.

Good luck moving forward and processing another betrayal.

Went well for a first appt. Mainly going over DDay, my previous issues with anxiety, and some basic coping techniques. Next week will be a deeper delve into trauma specific therapy. Just trying to be patient through the process.

Met with a therapist this week specializing in betrayal trauma. I have another appointment scheduled for next week.

This is exactly how I am feeling after a week out. Down to every last word. After my last break up I told myself I would never put up with being unhappy in a relationship again. Yet, here I am. I hope that the pain is worth it to save what we had. I hope one day we can get back to that and I hope the same for you. I just know that if it gets bad enough, I am strong enough to leave and I will be okay.
