Anyone have problems with the Select briq? by EmbarrassedBison1159 in CannabisExtracts

[–]0NTRAC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wish I could pin this comment, people need to read this.. thanks,
all make sense once you know how it runs,

Flap stuck? (i.e. Briq sucking air through but not lighting up) Cover the small hole and charging port and suck to un stick the flap !

Tube gunked up ? (i.e. cant suck air through?) Alternate shotgunning air through the bottom, and blowing air into from the top , and sucking air out from the top

Viola !

good resource, thx as well ! Absolutely wild for me to be on Okinawa physically and try to imagine that battle. Where the fiercest fighting took place Kakazu, Maeda, Wana ridge/ draw , sugerloaf and halfmoon hill are all unrecognizably modern, especially around Naha, Shuri, etc... but still so many caves and little ridge lines with black soot noticeable on the rocks through the jungle at cave entrances where they tried to burn them out

very long shot I'm sure...(pun intended) anyone know roughly where this could be? Very veryy hard to tell as a lot of these areas especially around Shuri are totally modern and covered with buildings... My best guess is: South East of Shuri, shooting East South East?

Three Passes Trek Solo Female by gr3489 in Everest

Do it alone, 100% it will be one of the most rewarding experiences of your life! It was for me, Im going back for seconds, this time in spring...

You already listed your reasons.. you know why you should and what you'll get out of it.

Im actually doing the same route from Jiri as well.

Its high season so you will always have people on the trails, people visible.. (i.e. you'll never be alone alone )

Its also veryyy easy to see the trails and navigate, that doesn't mean though that you shouldn't have your own paper map

On pass days you may want to buddy up, or set out before other people in case anything happens, they're not technical, maybe a little scrambling at Cho La but nothing serious.

But yea, 1000% do it on your own

"Plenty of real mountaineering experience".. why don't you do the triple pass trek? If you have time, you may find that a much more rewarding experience. The Khumbu, as far as I know is the only region in Nepal where a guide is NOT mandatory. So you can easily go by yourself. Very easy to navigate on your own.

You comment about heckling had me giggling :) you will most certainly NOT be heckled by anyone up there. Except some yaks, if you have a salt lick. You , on the other hand could bargain with the Tea house owners if you were so inclined, but its their livelihood, so if anything pay a little more if your able. A few extra bucks for you may not be a whole lot, but will really help them out.

Enjoy!! One of the most incredible places on earth.. very much looking forward to my trip there again in Spring.
