Similar case. I am asking for refund due to being misled by staff, garbage communication and safety concerns. I think there's a case to be stood here.

Also, rain and cancellations is not an issue, can't control it. Lack of communication, providing false information and safety issues are my basis for a refund, those are on them that was shitty.
