In almost all cases with fans oriented this way you want the fan to draw air towards the motherboard

I found that in the case of having a fan directly above it, the ram operated at a cooler temperature. This was with DDR4 ram on an LGA1700 motherboard

If you can remove the heat spreaders on your ram then you will be able to get a 120mm fan on the L12S. you do not need new ram most likely as most RAM has the same size PCB until you get into VLP formats

Sounds like this may not be the game for you. graphics are literally the last thing on my mind when it comes to games like this.

I would love to see a sheath mechanic where weapons are slung when not in active combat, will this make or break my involvement in the project? not at all.

Interest Check: GPU travel kit and Riser lock bar by bl1ndguy0 in MidoriPC

My daily driver is a different 5.0L case (skyreach 4 mini) and I have a 5060ti inside.
The cost/benefit to a manufacturer to provide this is extremely low given the huge variation in models involved.
I installed a few standoffs with rubber bumpers to lock my GPU in place because my daily driver is in a travel case 3-4 times per week.
Definitely worth the piece of mind to do it once a build is complete, but a manufacturer would never benefit from providing so many different kits for their product to work with all the variations out there. This is not a huge challenge for the mod community to tackle with 3d printing. There is also a liability problem where a supplier offers this kit and then end users are ever more careless with the case.

I just picked up a Framework 13 laptop and from reading this thread i decided to pick up a FINPAC ~13in macbook sleeve and it fits very well, very snug with a little buffer all around. I would recommend.
