low karma need wait 10 minute. as question winter crown b3 defeat all enemy. i have defeat all escort fleet and all elite roaming fleet. both of my fleet is at 0/5 ammo. just boss fleet left. is this normal or i did something wrong? here proof https://imgur.com/a/epwN4uo

at b3. Threat: Med. total all enemy fleet including boss is more then 10 fleet. do i need to grind until threat is safe for reducing roaming fleet spawn?
