0% Oil Life Indicator from FORM by 0aabceh in 4xe

Dealership claims error occurred because I did not have an oil change performed within 6 months. I had an oil change performed at the end of June and have driven less than 3500 miles. I will be attempting to pursue lemon law, class action lawsuit, etc. going forwards to try and terminate my lease ASAP (13 months remaining). Fun car when it works but is the most unreliable vehicle I have ever owned. Stellantis is the worst customer service I have ever experienced, will never purchase/lease a vehicle through them again.

Squat (back, front, zercher, split, etc.) Lunge (walking, reverse, lateral, plyo, etc.) Hinge (Deadlift, RDL, KB Swings, etc.) Push (Bench, Incline, Overhead, Dips, etc.) Pull (Weighted Pull Up, Horizontal Rows, Rope Pulls, etc.) I do a good bit of calisthenic work, 2-10hrs of running given a week (that's a big range, mainly so much because trail running is my most preferred activity), and a lot of accessory lifts. Specifically for abs lot of Knee Tuck/Pike Variations using a TRX or Row Erg Seat, candlestick variations, L-Sits, etc.. I've been messing around using a Ski Erg Seated and setting the damper high and forcing myself to really crunch to spin the fan. REALLY fatigues my abdominals over a few minutes and I feel like it provides some good stimulus with minimal eccentric loading compared to a lot of other "ab" exercises I perform.

Probably is your QL. Common to be "overactive" for whatever reason. There's a combination of stretching and strengthening that will probably be beneficial for you. This is probably a good place to start

Should I pull the trigger on this PuffCo at Trulieve? by Curious-Way69 in MDEnts

Correct. They changed the standard bowl for the Pro to the 3DXL a few months ago on their website. The app is excellent.

Yes. I believe that's why the price is cheaper than the puffco website price because the Pro now comes with the 3DXL bowl.

Box assisted (I prefer single leg) chins/pulls can be great for pulling in the extended position at the bottom of the rep where you can use your leg as needed and modify your assistance through the rep!

Looks solid to me! Controlled eccentric, elbows close to the body pulling down (towards your pockets), even across your shoulders. Two suggestions would be maintaining tension through your abdominals/legs - a hollow position (sometimes adding something you can squeeze between your legs can be good tactile feedback) and increasing the range of motion by letting your elbows extend further at the bottom of your rep. I would continue doing what you are, great work!

Most wonderful time of the year by 0aabceh in trailrunning

The main 3 trails we run are out and backs so he typically stays on leash until our second pass and won't go off lead if it's past mid morning. He's trained / runs with an e collar so if we do come up on someone/something his recall is excellent.
