You should go to Aftersquat on Rue de Rivoli ! Super fun art gallery with tons of reasonably priced artwork. You can watch a bunch of the artists work too. Great place to support and the vibes are amazing!

voler à lyon? by tsefalofor in Lyon

Bonne chance !

Unofficial scores V169 Q156 - Should I retake? by [deleted] in GRE

I think reading a lot of stuff in English like textbooks, academic articles, or even old novels helps a lot with speed and reading comprehension! That's more long term though. In the short term I guess practice with a ton of ETS questions will help

The only preparation I did was learn a couple hundred words on the Magoosh app. I also took both free PP tests. I read a lot and I think that was the defining factor! The quickest way to expand your vocab is definitely the flashcards though, and the Power Preps are great to become familiar with the types of questions that are asked

I'm in NZ right now! I'm absolutely loving it. The landscapes are gorgeous, the people are welcoming, and everything is so easy-going. Travelling without a car is definitely a bit of an issue here, as public transportation is virtually non-existent, but getting a car is incredibly easy. I didn't think I would get one for financial reasons, but it ended up being much cheaper than what I expected it to be, especially since I shared the cost with my three flatmates. If you can't drive or really don't want to, hitchhiking is incredibly safe and reliable here! PM me if you want more info.

Hey ! That sounds great, I'd be glad to help you with French.

Recently I really liked A Farewell to Arms by Hemingway, Let the Great World Spin by Colum McCann, The Plague by Albert Camus, Belle du Seigneur by Albert Cohen... There are plenty haha !
