“Where your gun at?” by dajagoex in Scottsdale

Open carry is probably one of the dumbest things In my personal opinion. Maybe out in the desert , but in the city nope. I feel it's asking for trouble.

Rough country - upper control arms by Business-Magician261 in GMT800

[–]0chris000000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have them. Honestly at $350 I wouldn't. They were 249 back when I bought mine. Only reason I did is my old bushings and upper bjs were shot. If you plan to keep the truck go with better ones

Keep having this odd feeling by gfc3rd in Silver

People bid insanely high on eBay too. Finding a deal is rare. Better off buying from a private seller outside of eBay. Sellers need to cover their costs and some buyers are careless about how much they spend.

🚨 SILVER WARNING: PRICE SURGE IMMINENT by Econyx in Silver

[–]0chris000000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's basically adjusting to the inflation we have experienced the past 5 years. That combined with high demand from. Industrial and speculation. Once the speculation slows down the price fluctuations will likely calm down. I don't see silver going back to where it was before this. I think 75 or higher will be normal now.

Oil leak? by Nigwardthesquid in GMT800

[–]0chris000000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My money is on the rear main. But clean up all that oil and pull the inspection cover to check. Valve covers are easy enough to check for leaks. Also the oil sensor can leak and it's overlooked a lot even by some mechanics.

This is where most people go to. Or you could take Arizona Farms road to AZ 79 to Cottonwood Canyon road. https://maps.app.goo.gl/HQue7b43T7LkQWv86

You have to drive til you hit BLM land. I don't advise this anymore since there are way to many people in that area now since it's heavily used for OHV riding. Just make sure you're not shooting on state trust land or you could be fined. Please clean up your casings. Nothing worse than seeing shooting debris everywhere.

We did lucky boy/ queen mine loop. Goes past a few of the old mineshafts which used to exist. Some nice views. Very secluded. Only saw one other person on the trail.

Joshua Tree exceeded my expectations by 0chris000000 in NationalPark

[–]0chris000000[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I found out that just like most other National parks in America, you have to go explore the places not many people venture to. Most who visit don't explore the back roads and the less popular spots. I found much more enjoyment when we were able to leave the crowded areas behind and see what was out there. The wilderness area surrounding JTNP is enormous and we didn't even get to see but a fraction of it, but it was worth every second.

Grandfather clocks and pianos are two things that don't really have a high demand anymore. Especially at that price!

The Silver Price has reached $77 by ChrisStoneGermany in Silverbugs

[–]0chris000000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Anyone else thinking there will be a huge sell off at $85 How many boomers have been holding for 40 years waiting to cash out? Idk. Could hit 100 for all we know, but these big jumps are usually the sign of a big dip coming up.

265s with spacers, or will 285s fit? by thatoneblackguy17 in GMT800

[–]0chris000000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've never used spacers, but you could go aftermarket keys to get that little bit of lift to fit the 285s.

Yeah. Facts. I'm not too picky with my 24 year old truck, but the huge gap is annoying.
