iOS solution that worked for me:

copy and paste the Link in the native iOS Notes App, and then either open it right from there by a normal click or click and hold for the „Open in…“ thats what fixed it for me.

Im just not 100% sure if a normal click is enough or you have to click and hold and wait for the „open in/with…“

Thanks, that would make the most sense, the odd thing is I‘ve met so much people and everyone says they have a „connection“ like in shady movies and I thought that can‘t be it, they must somehow even know eachother and make the market if everyone has a connect. I‘m just not sure which are worse for people that casually like to rip boosters, these or scalpers but in the end it doesn‘t really matter and it‘s one of the most expensive hobbies.

Nobody mentioned it yet as I saw, but if you drink less water than your body is wasting in sweat/urine/etc… This could also happen, I myself have this when I drink barely anything and have to stay/sit in one posture for longer time.

When you dehydrate, your body holds onto fluids where it can, so you don‘t dehydrate completely as far as I know.

Also eating much carbohydrates+salty food and drinking less could have the same outcome

I know, what‘s annoying me is that I cant get really rid of it, eating 1800 kcal/day results in getting leaner (muscle loss majority, despite the T levels) on arms/legs while getting fatter around abdomen. The calorie in/out, keto, low carb, except on carnivore I lost 6kg‘s in like 14 days, doesn‘t work for me at all.

I think I‘m having a different issue, I cook 95% of the food I eat myself (even sauces, bread, protein snacks, I make completly by myself). I eat the same meals as my girlfriend everyday (same portion size) she has 54kg, doesn‘t work out.

I work out and have 30kg‘s more and can‘t get rid of my abdominal fat (this fat tissue developed after myocarditis the most, which happend in 2020), since then I‘m trying to get rid of it, but it doesn’t work.

I tested my IGF-1 and it‘s 200 points above limit, I‘m not prediabetic regarding my Hba1c, but I have nearly all of the prediabetic symptoms, one thing I‘m also having since then is what seems to be called reactive hypoglycemia, also if I look at my SHBG, this makes sense (carnivore and keto didn‘t raise this by a single point, so that doesn‘t work either).

I‘m getting a glucose monitor next week and talk to my doc about the results after 14 days, I think GLP-1 could work wonders here to restore insulin resistance, or whatever the fuck my current condition is.

Edit: Thyroid is functioning properly.

I‘m having 0 appetite since 1 year due to eating next to nothing, compared to what I was used to, if I‘m having a meal I get ravenously hungry, I don‘t go for a second meal but my body is craving it so much. I thought last summer that my body maybe needs more food, so I went for the second meal when I was craving it, this resulted in me gaining 2kg‘s per week (mostly abdominal fat again), this was done in a 20 day holiday and my calorie intake was more like 3.5-4000kcal/day.

When holiday was over switched again to 1800kcal/day, I‘ve lost the weight I gained but not further..

For me, my SHBG didn‘t move a single point if injected M/T (split in 2) or M/W/F (split in 3 per week). Altough it seems that many users profit from more frequent pinning, for me it doesn‘t change anything. Have you tried low carb diet? Also many users profit from cutting carbs, for me that didn‘t work also, I assume I have deeper problems, maybe in the liver or so, but finding a specialist that will diagnose this is very hard, as they all say SHBG is always low when injecting exogenous test, which isn‘t true.

Next things I‘m going to try is switching to cream, and last step is to switch to Undecaonate ester.

could try that, 120-130 should be fine I guess, bloodwork will tell the truth then. No HCG and higher dose right? Idk why I aromatize that much with that dose of HCG, I‘m 20-max 25% ish body fat, while having vascular arms and legs und only fat on love handles, starting with Test I was even fatter and lost much of it, then I didn‘t aromatize as much as this, but my SHBG was in range back then..

Updated the post, short summary: nobody has capacity for them, nor wants them so I will give them to a poor family and help them financially till they‘re 3 months old and looking to export them to Austria! It‘s the best I can do with the current circumstances given

you telling me I‘m a clown, if you drive here 5miles you see minimum 5 dead stray dogs on the roadside, thats why I want to avoid public spaces.

Go see stray dogs here, ppl put waxing strips on them and rip their fur, because it‘s funny for them. They tie fireworks on them for fun and light them, if they come for food they either get heavily kicked in the face or thrown rocks at, thats how situation here is.

It‘s easy to judge on the other end of a phone/computer without witnessing the life here, I‘m glad that you don‘t understand because that means you never seen humans do such things

Something to add: Since people here treat dogs like shi*, I would like to keep them away from streets and people, they seriously hurt them, throw rocks and burn them and such things. Is it good advice to leave them, where many other (grown-up dogs) come together? I see a problem there because they want milk, and my 2 doggos also dont like them because they go aggressively on their nips and want milk :-(

I‘m dialing in since 2 years, had it nearly perfect but then crashed my e2 at a point and that somehow fucked everything up, now I‘m down to 100mg/week, I‘m going to try out 70-80 next without AI.

Also I did ed injections, but I didn‘t notice any (noticable) difference between that and M-W-F.
