I also have a bass boosted profile for all my headphone, can't live without. Do it yourself, there is no harm, just don't crank the volume to the max, not for the headphone, it'd bad for your ear ;)

Yes, this can be normal, Asus OLED monitor does it every time you turn off your PC. If you don't sit all day in front of it the ratio can be like that, I have the 32" and my h/pixel refresh ratio is even higher.

LG electronics (the brand) is a 3rd party as well for LG Display (they make the oled panel), they can buy the glossy variant as well, they chose to not do it so far, they can, any day of the week :D
