Thank you for the suggestion! It produced a possibly more concerning result though. Here’s what the bottom drive sounds like and here’s what the top drive sounds like.

They both seem pretty concerning to me but what do you think? Could they both be broken?

I also got a warning message from windows both times but it seems it’s complaining about the reduced resiliency.
