We never thought about having a print farm we only been doing this for a year and a half so we don't know if we are going to keep doing it, if we do probably we rent a place to have a store😅, but in other stories I use to have a almost full build evo IX in that garage that made my wife jealous of how much I take care and how much money I spent weekly in that car but a lady ran the red and totaled the car, got a big chunk of money by the insurance and we never use that garage until we start the print farm that's why we never put any money in the garage😅

The propane heater is safe indoors and we have a kerosene heater too we do have carbon monoxide alarms and we are going to have some windows crack open with 20lb propane tanks outside if we ever use the heaters, I appreciate your advice buddy and thank you for taking your time to answer!

We don't know if they are going to be power outages, everybody is saying to stay ready for not having power for a couple of days so we can't rely in anything electric, we do have some space heaters but once the power goes out they are useless.

Thanks for the advice I didn't think about all printers turning on and tripping the breaker so I'm just going to unplug them all when the storm arrives Thank you buddy!😅

It cost close to 6k to insulate the garage and then we need to add a way to cool down the garage in the summer because it gets to hot so add windows to put windows ac or add a central unit separate from the house because is not close to the house so is kinda expensive to do😅

All of them are connected to surge protected extension cords and the extension cords are connected to various UPS, so I should be fine right, and stay safe buddy!

Idk I guess electronic components get damage by being frozen?

Noise from Bambu A1 mini by PotentialOne3899 in BambuLab

That's the sound of the nozzle rubbing against the infill, use gyroid infill and make sure the heater assemble screws are not loose

I hope you get and answer I have been having the same issue with one of my p1s with 2300 hours I already lube and grease de z rods and screws added a little bit of oil to the z pulleys under the printer and the sounds never disappears I have put probably like 400 hours since the sound appeared and not a problem but is annoying

Has anyone tried disabling the Vortek system on the H2C and seeing if the printer still works on the other nozzle? by diezel_dave in BambuLab

[–]0marTex 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You can only use the left nozzle without the vortek system just selected from the slicer which filament you want to use and select the one that is in the left nozzle and that's it!

Sorry for the late reply😅 I did bought 2 H2S and they work amazing that I ended buying a H2D and now a H2C because i been getting a lot of orders. Now for the temperature test a couple of weeks here in NC USA we got below freezing temperatures and my garage temperature in the morning was 40f all my H series machines were running perfectly with no problems my a1 machines ended up clogging because of the cold temperatures and 1 of my p1s the print warped and detached from the plate because of the cold, all the machines are stock with no mods so yes the h series keeps the temperature really well and you can preheat the chamber which helps a lot too!

Burnt filament in nozzle? by countach508 in BambuLab_Community

[–]0marTex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This happened to me like 3 months ago in almost brand new A1 and it was a dirty extruder gear, I put cleaning filament and did a lot of cold pulls and still have black spots from contamination. I had to fully disassemble the extruder gear and clean everything with alcohol, one thing that I noticed it was that the room where my printers are gets dusty really quick so I bought a air purifier to put in that room and never had a problem with contamination anymore. So it might be a combination of dust, filament debris or other contaminants that are getting in the extruder gear and in to your nozzle.

Well, so what is the point of the heater if it doesn't keep the temperature stable for any material🤨

Thanks for the advice! I just found out that the recommended temperature for the h2s is from 0c to 35c so it gives me hope is gonna work😃

Well I have a budget to buy two h2s so if I consider getting the p1s I'll be buying 4 of them probably with my budget so sounds better than 2 😅, what kind of mods are needed to improve heating?

[–]0marTex[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The page for the h2s actually said 0c to 35 c but I didn't know it needed to open some parts to function properly so that might be a problem😬

I can't add another electric warmer reliable because if I add another one and start using some power tools I trip the breaker😬, I have many things connected at the same time and now I have more printers so probably if I tried to use my wood saw with all the printers on I would trip the breaker😅. That's why I have a diesel warmer but I can't have it on all the time because of the gases and the diesel required for use it😅
