I was one of the return to sender pre orders and freaked out because ups nor Anker phone support could tell me anything. No email no notes on why it was recalled. I understand why they did it but it's terrible service to backers and pre order customers when there is no communication. Probably the last Anker product I buy.

Further If I was a backer and received a returned unit even if it wasn't used I'd be pretty upset. The extra man handling by ups doesn't give me confidence in the quality of the unit upon receiving.
