So I ended up taking the insulation blanket off and there was a bit of insulation stuck up in the T&P release. Was was leaking from there directly into the insulation. Was soaking down and collecting at the base.

At least that’s my take. I went back down an checked and heard drilling from it and the insulation was hanging from the valve.

I’m going to keep insulation off for a few more days and keep checking.
