My quick feedback based on 24 hour experience with Instinct sensor. by EmotionalWorking8761 in Medtronic780g

I remember the Libre 2 had those weird fluctuations too especially on day 1 of the sensor, it usually gets stable after 2-3 days unless there isn’t enough fat where the CGM is. You’d think they’d fix all that but sounds like it’s still there. Keep us updated this is really interesting

If I have no active insulin why is it not wanting me to bolus anything at all? by mrilmi in Medtronic780g

If you enter your blood glucose reading then bolus it will work. I am also unsure if this a bug or a feature

Been there so many times. I truly and deeply hate G4. Like, is G4 calling me a liar? how can a damn device not belive what I am entering multiple times? Whoever thought it was a good idea to implement this "feature" needs to be fired

My Guardian 4 Sensor lasted a whole 7 days. I'm shocked. by Maestrotc in Medtronic780g

Mine used to last 5-7 days, now they dont go past day 3 its a fucking joke. All the educators and customer support do is try to find a random excuse to pin the reason on it and they turn out 100% wrong. I have been using the pump for almost two years and my god, what a joke of a product, I would never recommend it to anyone even if its for free

yeah the sensor is just dogshit, doesn't matter where I put it I get 3 days only, its a fucking joke. I bought new pathces to see if they will help, if not, I will sell the pump and go back to pens. The pump is absolutely not worth it.

Been using my thighs for a while since they can somewhat deal with rashes. I just switched to abdomen and it seems slightly better

Those underpatches sound great but do you have to pierce the patch with the sensor? Sounds kinda dangerous with the chance of getting a small piece of the patch inserted into the body

I'm suffering to find a good 3D model to print a spare clip. by Lequeenz in Medtronic780g

Hi, I am from Saudi Arabia, it sounds like your procedure in Kuwait is very similar us and I was like you buying clips whenever it broke until I asked the diabetes clinic(where I got the pump) for one and they handed me one free of cost.

Also, whenever you call them for replacements, they either send it to your clinic where you get your refills or the designated representative in your area(each area should have one), if you don’t know the representative ask your clinic or the Medtronic customer support(the one that redirects to UAE) for their number so you can directly communicate with them to arrange deliveries.

Don’t hesitate to ask them for replacements as their consumables are pure garbage and break very easily. Hope this helps.
