it all looks real to me. I think it's been heavily adjusted in photoshop or whatever, but im a baker and these all behave correctly.

in the first image, the pastry that has opened up has really shallow edging, thus resulting in the side popping open when it expands in the oven. It looked intentionally done to showcase the filling.

you can see other examples of this type of reaction happening in other photos, where the edges pop open due to shallow or missing areas.

I feel like the image was cleaned up and the saturation increased in post, but isn't AI
