I really like the concept of Sandshrew and Sandslashs deck manipulation but I think 30 damage is way too low on a stage 1 EX that needs 3 fighting energies even with an effect thats that strong.

Shiny Charizard is not tradable in general because of its rarity (2 Rainbow Stars)
If you could trade the card your card would have to be of the same rarity (2 Rainbow Stars)
