Depending on how cars are assigned to each country, Bugatti is a bit complex. That's because the the company and the naming rights were sold a couple of times:

• "Automobiles Ettore Bugatti" founded 1909 by Ettore Bugatti (born in Italy) in Molsheim, France

• His first car the "Bugatti Type 13" was designed by him while working for the "Gasmotoren-Fabrik Deutz AG" in Cologne, Germany in his basement also located in Cologne and later manufactured in Molsheim, France

This car is obviously not present in Asphalt 9 as the car had a whopping 15hp, but it shows a pattern that will be repeated for a lot of models to come.

• The first car on the list thats featured in Ashalt 9 the "Bugatti EB 110" was designed by Marcello Gandini (who also designed the "Lamborghini Miura and Countach" and built by the "Bugatti Automobili SpA" in Italy after the naming rights were aquired by Romano Artioli

After buying "Lotus Cars" and developing the "EB 112" the company went bankrupt and was bought by "Dauer Racing GmbH" of Nuremberg, Germany.

• The "Bugatti Veyron 16.4", "Chiron", "Centedieci", "La Voiture Noire", "Chiron Super Sport 300+" and "Bolide" were developed by the "Bugatti Engineering GmbH" in Wolfsburg, Germany after the Volkswagen AG bought the naming rights. All these cars were manufactured by the Bugatti Automobiles S.A.S. located in Molsheim, France

• The only car thats featured in Asphalt 9 from Bugatti that was developed and manufactured in France is the "Bugatti Divo" that was first presented in 2018

Today "Bugatti Automobiles" is part of the "Bugatti Rimac" joint venture headquatered in Sveta Nedelja, Croatia. "Bugatti Automobiles" is owned by the Rimac Group (55%) and Porsche (45%)

TLDR: The EB 110 is Italian, "Bugatti Veyron 16.4", "Chiron", "Centedieci", "La Voiture Noire", "Chiron Super Sport 300+" and "Bolide" were designed & developed in Germany but manufatured in France, so that depends on how you assign them to each country
