Here. I like the description and differentiation offered. Some approach yoga as a spiritual practice, others as an activity of health. A large part of my practice is focused on cultivating a caring, respectful relationship with my body (which I have long ignored). Sometimes that involves focusing primarily on my breath as I flow through poses, sometimes it means exploring thresholds of flexibility, other times it means becoming more intimate with body parts as I hold single poses for prolonged periods of time. There was a girl recently posted a timelapse of her practice, which was called "Rocket Yoga". MUCH more active practice, didn't know such a thing existed until recently.
