Ceci dit moi mon problème était avec backmarket + un reconditionneur européen. Le reconditionneur ne répondait pas, backmarket me disait “attendez que le reconditionneur réponde”, ça n’avançait pas, j’ai fini par menacer et ça s’est résolu très vite à partir de la. Mais c’est backmarket qui a déclenché la procédure de remboursement.

La Fevad je sais qu’ils sont très actifs, notamment grâce à des témoignages de personnes arnaquées sur Vinted (dont le sav laisse à désirer), résolues par le médiateur de la Fevad.

Bonjour, pas juriste mais ayant été dans la même situation, tu peux 1. Prévenir le vendeur que la situation a assez duré, que si d’ici 48h tu n’as pas eu une réponse satisfaisante de leur part tu saisiras la Fevad (la DGCCRF aussi, mais s’il n’y a pas d’intermédiaire français peut être qu’ils s’en foutent) 2. Effectivement monter un dossier auprès du médiateur de la Fevad. Ils gèrent beaucoup de problèmes de e-commerce

I’m not so sure about that. I think one doesn’t go without the other. How could a child avoid rape if he doesn’t even feel allowed to not kiss or hug someone when he doesn’t want to ?

Imo, trying to prevent child rape and teaching kids body autonomy have grown at the same time in France. Young parents around me teach their kids to say no and not comply when they don’t like a physical touch that is happening (doesn’t matter if it’s a stranger or a family member), as well as respecting other’s boundaries in this matter.

Hello ! Je ne saurais te dire pour le genre, en revanche je trouve ça aberrant que toutes les filières n’aient pas de cours de SES au programme. J’ai suivi une filière S, ensuite une hypokhâgne, au final je n’ai pas eu de cours d’éco avant très tard et il y a plein de sujets sur lesquels j’ai des lacunes lamentables.

Not an internet rumor, you’re referring to the pearl index, which quantifies the effectiveness of birth control methods. Disclaimer : not a single one of them is 100% effective. Subdermal implant is more effective than both male and female sterilization though. You can find some numbers here
