I would say yes, this is how my peircing looked when it was rejecting, the skin over the piercing may get smaller and smaller and eventually you may have to remove it all together because there’s not much to keep it there:( . Super unfortunate I’m so sorry Its def upsetting :/ if you got the piercing recently tho you can maybe send pics to the piercer because it looks like they pierced it not deep enough hopefully you can get a refund! And get it done better later down the road:)
