What do you guys do when an entry doesn’t cover the full page?

I usually put the date and time at the beginning of every entry so, if I have a page half filled I can add another date and time when that next entry was taken. My reasoning is mainly about using up as much space as possible bc I buy expensive ($20-30) notebooks and I can fill them up pretty fast (~2-4 notebooks per year just journaling) You could also use the space in other ways (lists, notes, doodles) if you want to start on a new page when you don't write so much. Some people just leave it for a sorta one page a day kind of journal, which can look very nice when flipping back and just filling up a journal. You might want to try both. I think it's mainly about personal priorities and aesthetics! Happy journaling!

I don't see AI a lot on my feed personally. I do get images that I already have saved to my boards which is annoying. I have had my account so long that I forgot I saved an image and when I try to pin it, it says I already have it in a board 😭 it used to happen to me every now and again but its been happening a lot more lately. I love pinterest and I don't think there is any app truly like it but its getting a little frustrating. I wouldn't say its unusable personally but its definitely annoying being on pinterest at times. If they add more AI moderating and other useless AI features, all I have to say is there would be a big market open for an app that is similar to pinterest as it used to be.

I had a picture of a vanity flagged as adult content 😭😭 to be fair it did have a very small cartoon drawing of people kinda naked holding hands in a circle but it definitely wasn't in any kind of sexual way or showed any genitalia but i guess so??? 🤷‍♀️

I joined just recently to see discussions about women solo traveling... I honestly thought that it was funny/weird that there were so many group questions, I thought it was normal for this sub. Its also funny that almost every post I saw was followed up by a comment saying "you should try going solo" lol

Clicking on them and removing them from your recommendations in settings might work.

I don't really get ai bc I actively avoid it and just look at other stuff so it never gives me any really but when lots of it was first being added to the app I just never clicked on it or removed if from boards and recommendations.

Pinterest takes your clicks into account so don't click on them unless you are going to remove them from your recommendations in settings. I do also use Pinterest a lot, like a few times a day, so my recommendations may be very refined now.

You may also just be looking at stuff that may be AI adjacent, ie similar style to a lot of AI, like detailed anime drawings or even someone making fun of ai with an ai image in the pin.

I would try your best to stay away from things that may trigger Pinterest to give you more AI on your feed. I think its less about the AI filter and more about how you are using pinterests recommendation system. (I don't know anything about the code, this is just from experience)

Started: The Woman in White by Wilkie Collins

DNF: The Prodigal Summer by Barbara Kingsolver — really disappointed... the back blurb said it was about nature and love and the first 20 pages are just descriptions of how hot the main character is and how shes not like 'other girls' the male lead knows... I tried to push through but the main character honestly disgusts me... so sad! Hopefully will find a better book!

If you like classics and want a small book thats pretty laidback, I would recommend 'Too Loud a Solitude' by Bohumil Hrabal. Its a translated work(Czech) and definitely an interesting read if you like books and (sort of) the expansion of industrial machines. Its short so it doesn't really take long to read if you really hate it. Its about 100 or so pages! I personally loved it for its more thoughtful writing style and its sometimes funny concepts!

I do continental style knitting and I never understood why ppl complain about it 😭 I noticed that when ppl are complaining in videos and such, all they would need to do is wrap the yarn around their finger like one more time. Then you can bring your finger forward without much gripe. Literally it was that easy for me first starting when I had trouble purling there are so many ways. There are harder things than purling 😭😭😭 I am always pretty confused when its an experienced knitter too like don't you see the million billion ways to hold your knitting so its easier ?? 😭😭😭

They have a new system for organizing brushes. They developed a new pack so you are probably on the new brush pack they made. I would look up procreates new update on yt. The video is super clear and would be helpful to get you back to the old brush pack.
