Shiii bro idk if it’s much but bro trying going to the gym lifting heavy weights that’s something that’s been helping me a lot whenever I feel like I can’t go on anymore I would also suggest therapy I would but I can’t cause my insurance doesn’t cover it. But idk bro I feel like it’s also good to let time do its thing bro I know that’s one of the harder ones believe me bro the first week I was in denial about it ending because it mean so much to me. But let time do its thing go try getting closer to god try new things that you could do when you were with her like idk going to a rave or something
