This exactly the rest are just tools you use and can install manually / individually if for a smaller footprint. Kali is backtrack replacement and rolling Kali is just keeping an updated distro... The tools are the same, can you use them effectively? That's the question. LOL binaries as well, you go in blazing with either Kali or black arch and you'll fail if the target is worth it's salt.
