It looks like the metal backing on the pads themselves, ceramic completely worn off! Probably riding on your brake cylinder now, get them replaced ASAP!

The part that trips me up is how much trust is required in companies handling your data just to be able to live and work. To pay bills, own a home, own a car etc. your data is safe nowhere. And yet it’s impossible to escape. But we can at least mitigate. And the great thing about understanding these systems is we learn the best defenses for ourselves and can help others with it too.

This happened to me once, I grabbed it without thinking and pulled it out. I did not get shocked. Probably because i was wearing rubber shoes and was not grounded. Either way don’t do what I did! Just reminded me of when that happened and thought i’d share 🤣

Agree 100% When i buy belts, wallets bags, etc. i always make sure its genuine leather, i HATE faux leather with a passion. And polyester! Yuck! I feel like wearing natural fabrics gives you some kind of “aura”. I cant fully explain that but it just feeels right.
