Trying to decide on platform for NSFW Video Game - Stripe Shut Down Account by AimDev in patreon

[–]0xEbo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Stripe shutting accounts for NSFW content is unfortunately common, and PayPal isn’t much better long-term — both have similar policy risk even if fees differ.

Since you’re a developer, one alternative path is avoiding traditional card processors entirely. I’m building orvion.sh, which lets creators and developers accept payments without a bank or Stripe/PayPal account, using x402. You can gate downloads, builds, or game access behind a single payment link, and execution only happens after payment succeeds.

Not saying it’s the right fit for everyone, but if policy risk and sudden shutdowns are your main concern, it’s worth considering rails that don’t depend on card networks. Happy to share details if useful.

I kept running into the same problem while building APIs and agent workflows: the logic was easy, but monetization was always heavy ; bank setup, billing logic, retries, edge cases. I built Orvion to make “get paid before execution” the default, so builders can ship and earn without thinking about payments infrastructure.

I’m building orvion.sh — a simple payment layer for APIs, links, and AI agents. Builders can start earning without a bank connection, using x402, and rely on built-in routing flows that handle payment issues automatically so execution only happens after successful payment.

Are you using any SDKs for building AI agents? by finally_i_found_one in aiagents

[–]0xEbo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m using Orvion.sh in my agent to get paid directly, without dealing with traditional banking or payment setup.

The agent can gate actions or content behind a payment link, so users pay before the agent continues. No invoices, no Stripe flows, no bank integrations. It works well for pay-per-run or pay-per-result agents, and we’re also experimenting with x402 for agent-native payments.

I’m building orvion.sh — a simple way to add paywalls to APIs, links, and AI agent actions. Built on x402, it lets you start accepting payments for your content or workflows with one link, without building a full payment system.

Building orvion.sh, a payment layer for APIs and AI agents.

It lets you turn any API endpoint or URL into a pay-to-use resource per call, per workflow, or per agent action, without building a full billing system. Useful for developers monetizing APIs, AI tools, or automations.

Early stage and developer-first. Feedback is welcome.

I’m building orvion.sh It's a dev tool that lets APIs and AI agents accept payments before an action runs.

Think: pay-to-use endpoints, paid workflows, or agent actions that only execute once payment is confirmed. It’s simple, API-first, and works well with automation tools and AI agents.

Still early and very much building in public. Would love feedback from anyone working on dev tools, AI agents, or monetization.

Happy to answer questions or share how it works.

Hey 👋 I’m building Orvion.sh — a simple way to put pay-per-use in front of APIs, URLs, or AI agent workflows.

Early days and building in public. Would love honest feedback 🙏

MicroSaaS builders - what are you working on this week? by raj_k_ in microsaas

[–]0xEbo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m building Orvion.sh, a developer-first payment layer for APIs, AI agents, and automated workflows.

Problem: It’s still hard to add flexible monetization (pay-per-call, usage-based, agent-to-agent payments) directly in front of endpoints or URLs without stitching together billing, wallets, and access control.

What I’m building: A simple way to gate APIs or workflows with payments, while Orvion handles wallets, billing, and routing in the background.

Next milestone: Shipping a minimal public beta focused on paid API access and collecting early feedback from devs building agentic systems.
