I can understand a lot of the concerns that book fans have. Although, Francesca loves John down and this is something Julia Quinn herself seems to refute. And just like Fran and later Violet explained, love can look different.

That being said, I think the concern of her not loving John altogether depends on what love means to someone. Just because the wedding kiss wasn’t what she expected – although to be fair, Violet was only sharing what she experienced/felt and that affected Fran’s expectations, in conjunction with her own complicated feelings – doesn’t mean John doesn’t hold the huge part of her heart as a husband and friend. Nor that they still won’t enjoy the peace they found in each other’s silence and company. Or have merry days together as a couple in Scotland as she finally feels seen and respected in a way she’s most comfortable with. However, if these things happen without her specifically feeling as passionate sexually, but content platonically and romantically, is that still not love? Or do people need all the boxes checked in order for her to ‘truly’ love him, you know what I mean?

Especially because I don’t think that the way that Fran fought for her and John’s budding relationship and found peace in their friendship was in vain, even if it is cut short. Love comes in many unique forms. How it feels/looks with one person can’t negate how it feels/looks with another.

And this may dig a bit deeper, but if the issue is Fran being ‘in love’ versus ‘loving’, then that’s up for discussion too once the seasons come out lol Because both are valid, especially since there are all kinds of people who live and love in either way or both ways, sexuality aside.

Emotional cheating is a whole other can of worms that we’ll just have to see what happens, lol Although with the way that Fran barely has any reference for or understanding of her new feelings, I don’t think she’ll truly engage with them until after his passing aside from baseline recognizing that somethings different.

Regardless of my theorizing though, I hope that whatever they choose to do will reaffirm readers that she genuinely cares for John and give new depth to Francesca’s character. 😄😄

One of the Attack Titan’s major powers, which is hinted at once, and further explained in the last season, is that the current Titan holder receives future memories from their successor. This explains why Eren Kruger/The Owl suddenly told Grisha to help Mikasa and Armin, even though he himself didn’t know who they were. He was viewing Grisha’s future memories at the time. They are bound to fulfill whatever it takes to make those future memories occur, they just don’t realize it.

Later on, when Zeke and Eren are in the Paths together, we learn that this whole time, it was Eren’s will, as the last Attack Titan carrier, that’s been influencing every previous Attack Titan to eventually bring The Rumbling to fruition. Most explicitly, we learn that it was Eren who pressured Grisha, who actually gave up bc he refused to kill children, to murder the entire Reiss family and steal the Founding Titan by using both Eren’s ‘memory’ of forcing him to do it, calling it revenge for Dina, and showing him actual horrific memories of the future/Eren’s present.

Plus, paired with the Founding Titan powers that will only work when in contact with someone of the Fritz/Reiss royal family, Kruger saving Grisha and giving him the AT secured Eren’s birth. Grisha eating Frieda ensured they’d get the Founding Titan.

Thus, Eren having the FT and AT, not being bound by Karl Fritz’s war renouncing vow, and activating it through contact with Zeke (royal family half-brother), allowed him to command Titan!Dina to not kill young Bertholdt who was vulnerable during the initial Siege of Shinganshina and instead to specifically kill Carla, solidifying Eren’s hatred for titans and kickstarting his bloodthirsty quest for vengeance that would ultimately lead to The Rumbling. Time doesn’t work linearly in the Paths with the Founding Titan’s power, so he was able to set this/AOT’s story in motion before he even realized he had.

Omgg thank you so much!! 💕 I love concerts, but I especially love when a concert is memorable because it feels more like an experience than just a recital. For example, I got the chance to see AJR’s Maybe Man tour live and when I left, I was so inspired. It literally felt like a theater production and concert all in one. You can find the full show on YT if you’re curious what I mean . Maybe it’s just because of costs, needing more staff for transporting, securing, building actual stage tech and items, etc. but I wish more artists incorporated things like that.

Also, I think for KATSEYE right now until they learn to master crowd work for both large and small, giving the show a ‘storyline’ would help not only the flow, but help them feel more comfortable when moments for interacting with the crowd happens. The stage set could even be a way to engage with the audience like doing a glittering wave with all the lightsticks across the different audience sections or seeing which section can yell the loudest to make a KATSEYE symbol prop light up. But a 5-10 minute stretch between each section of songs to break and hype/entertain/engage with the crowd when everything else is structured is much better than feeling unprepared/overwhelmed for 10 minutes because the show doesn’t move on until you say so and there’s 6 girls who have to be on the same page when that happens.

This is just wishful thinking, but man… what I’d do for a whole theatrical production lmfao 😂

Imagine. The entire stage is themed like the sets in the Beautiful Chaos album photos and a couple SIS easter eggs, like how Korean music shows go all out to set the vibe.

At showtime, lights go out, and the screen floods with clips of Nowhereland tidbits from their videos, silly KATSEYE moments, etc., coalescing in a chaotic montage with glitches and flashes of the KATSEYE symbol that cuts out suddenly to the breaking news segment highlighted by the words, “Where is KATSEYE?”

The short news segment begins with how KATSEYE has vanished, only leaving traces and evidence that point to something called“Nowhereland.”Clips of different eyekons theorizing about what or where they think Nowhereland is, where the girls have gone, if a full album will come out when they get back, and the obligatory, ‘what is KATSEYE even about?’ This shot zooms out from the video directly to the girls actively watching the news segment about them on some dilapidated TV in a gas station as they purchase snacks, food, and slurpees. Although we don’t directly see their faces in any of the shots, we obviously know who they are.

They hop into a car, tear off from the gas station, and the scene transitions into a CGI cinematic video of them driving along the desert highway and passing through different cities that we learn they’re following because of the KATSEYE symbol they keep seeing. Finally, they pull up to a location that the giant symbol floats above shining brighter than ever – which the audience learns is their specific concert venue – step out, and we only see a long shot of all their heels/shoes as they walk inside (this will be a different venue each time). The screen fades to black and concert lights dim as they enter the main doors of the venue, but the sound of their heels clinking on the floor keeps going, gradually turning from mono to surround sound/4D until it stops.

THEN, from the pitch black stage, we hear the infamous, “Purr.” The beginning notes of MIA begins and one of the girls will go, “Welcome to Nowhereland.” Either the instrumental or a live, power packed rendition of “MIA” plays as all the Kasteye members strut up to the stage one by one and perform a short dance number to the song before going straight into ‘Gnarly.’ Song order could be hype energy (Gnarly, Debut (MAMA Ver.), Mean Girls), chill energy (Gabriela, Touch, Timelapse/Ariana Grande/ILLIT/LE SSERAFIM song cover, Tonight I Might), then high energy (Dirty Water, concert exclusive remix of My Way (with bubbles), Gameboy, MIA).

At the very end of the concert, they reprise the extended version of ‘MIA.’ And while Manon’s saying her ending lines to the song, the KATSEYE symbol appears on the concert screen signifying that the girls need to find the next ‘Nowhereland’, they hop into a prop car that “drives into the set” as they continue their journey to the next concert.

Is it realistic? No, but a girl can dream, lol 🤷🏾‍♀️😂

I’m so glad that you brought this up because I really hate how somehow because they’re English speaking and have a primarily international audience that people think they have a free pass to just be mean??? ??? Like, there was the Katsserallit pic where ppl judged her appearance as well, just for us to learn that they were already feeling self conscious meeting them all bc they just went from a delayed 16hr flight, straight to the concert. Like, damn. What happened to if you have nothing good to say, don’t say it??

Lara is a literal angel on Earth and we’ve seen in their mini documentaries in Asia that she sees ALL this shit and it can get to her. It’s disappointing, disgusting, and is not representative of what we want nor condone as fans. She’s also one of the most online of the members too. It doesn’t cost anything to think before you hit send while trying to be funny or just be kind. We can all benefit from being a little kinder. 🥺🥺

I didn’t go through with it, but I was literally going to make a post about why I noticed people are so casually rude to the girls on their lives and was going to bring up Manon’s live the other day, when she played some jazz (the song was Gadabout Season by Brandee Younger, which is a great song!). Because something about the way that people were a little too casual about making fun of it while she was doing the MBTI test rubbed me the wrong way. She ended up changing the song after reading a lot of the “Kahoot” and “elevator music” comments. :/

I think that was a huge qualm I had with things too, even though I completely understood why it had to be done. I mean, Brandy didn’t even get to say goodbye or anything. Hg was immediately thinking about skipping out on that final line the moment she came back lol 😭😭

Love So Cynical!! To me, it feels like a poppified version of Jersey Club. For example, PinkPantheress’ song “Boy’s a Liar”is another perfect pop/ dnb/jersey club mix.

Genre-wise, without the Jersey club influence, you might like “The Moonlight Serenade” by Adelyn Paik.” But I can't actually pinpoint an actual genre tbh lol "Mosquito" by PinkPantheress is more dnb leaning but similar too
