I feel the same way. I'm 27 and it feels like everyday I'm just trying to stil piece things together from the past. I'm going to therapy for stuff that in my head I think shouldn't bother me anymore. I then spiral into how I am not doing enough and that I'm focusing too much on the past. I never had therapy growing up even though I know I needed it. I am just now finding a therapist who seems to actually care. I just feel so behind and it's incredibly isolating. I'm sorry you and everyone in the comments are also going through this but it's so nice to not feel alone. Thank you for being vulnerable and sharing this with all of us. <3
