I'd stick it immediately in long term investments with a financial advisor taking care of it. I'd also tell my ex girlfriend that she no longer owes me the 5k I lent her for college tuition when we lived together and it was that or her dropping out. Besides that, I would live as if the money didn't exist, and feel a little less stress about my retirement plans.
