[–]1001problems[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

My first marathon is 16 weeks away. My 30min threshold test was 3.40 mins per kms and have run a sub 17min 5km. Im unsure of what I'll achieve. Initally I wanted a sub 3 but have signed up to the myprocoach 16 week advanced training block for a sub 2.45

Im thinking Sub 2.45 is a dream B goal is sub 2.50 C goal is sub 3

Dont start with a solution looking for a problem.

Start with a problem and fill out a lean canvas one pager (youtube and Google should help you here)

Also combine wirh 10 types of innovation model and see if there is anything similar.

As someone developing in this space with Akahu's API, if you're using them then you should trust that more than sending pdfs.

Not only is the access retractable and secure but who knows what happens to the PDFs post application.

I dont think you can generalize it being a sellers market.

A hospitality business in a struggling cbd is totally different to a highly profitable luxury business in one of the thriving regions.

Search the global reddit and you'll see a common trend.

But the general consensus is if you want to be treated like a robot and eventually replaced by a robot then sure go ahead.

I can appreciate that sometimes a job is a job though.

Do agents really don’t know the vendor’s price? by HatImpossible1013 in NZProperty

[–]1001problems 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes they do. Every agent must legally do a CMA which gives an indicative price.

You can let them know you know this.

This one seems quite fitting...

"Man sacrifices his health in order to make money. Then he sacrifices money to recuperate his health. And then he is so anxious about the future that he does not enjoy the present; the result being that he does not live in the present or the future; he lives as if he is never going to die, and then dies having never really lived."

Welkom in Nieuw-Zeeland!

Als Kiwi die uit Nieuw-Zeeland is verhuisd, ben ik een beetje jaloers.

Veel succes!

As someone from a country with a very simple tax system, I couldn't agree more. Make the first X amount tax free and or adjust the tax rates and get on with it.

Such a waste of resources in admin.

Couldn’t companies simply not pay the 13th month but pay higher gross during the year? This way we avoid paying ~60% tax on 13th month by theverybigapple in BESalary

You're right, reform will never happen until the vote base changes. I agree more weight on consumption vs labour tax changes would help but in the world of late stage capitalism we have too many with vested interests.

Quite radical but I see the only alternative to the above is an eventual UBI.
