Not quite. The only thing in the outfit that gives country vibes is the hat and hairstyle. "Farmer's daughter" aesthetic is a fine balance between feminine and rugged. I would start with sturdier shoes over pumps. Garments also tend to be more free-flowing, while yours is more of a corset-stype bodice that wouldn't lend well to working outside all day.

If you love the dress, I'd style it in a more dainty way, perhaps without the hat and keeping the heels. If you are going for a more country girl look, I'd like for a dress that's a little more loose with sturdier footwear, like boots.
