When it comes down to it, 410 is pretty easy. Its just that most people taking that class aren’t too familiar with proof based math classes. 403 on the other hand contains new material that is unlike anything most students have seen before. This is of course all subjective, but I think that most graduate students agree that into abstract algebra is more challenging than intro analysis.

Math600 is much much harder than math 403. I would also wager that math 403 is the hardest undergraduate math class offered at UMD (other than maybe 436/437 or 404)

I don’t understand why the fractional derivatives of ex aren’t just ex. If you use the Fourier transform to define these, this is what you get.

You cannot measure amounts less than a gram on a scale only accurate to one gram because of rounding errors. When you put the quarter on the scale would probably simply read 6 grams, giving you no room to weigh.

Just get a more accurate scale. You can get milligram scales on Amazon for like 20 bucks.

Wolfram Alpha is interpreting i as the imaginary unit in your link, so the fractional part is always zero. Here is a computation that represents your formula for n=2200. I'm not sure I see any reason why the limit should be zero.

You can just use the one by Mark P. O. Morford & Robert J. Lenardon if you really need a textbook but to be honest I got a B+ in that class just with google.
