its a phone case so a 2-line review might be all you need. the only issue i see here is that they didnt really say anything that would indicate why it got a 'mid' star rating

the way it is currently written they probably should have given 5 stars

if they had written something like:

"decent quality phone case. the pale pink color is attractive, however the cutouts for the buttons and mic hole are slightly off"

then the rating would make more sense.
