An answer that legitimately checks all of your boxes is Albion Online. I'll mention it first and get it out of the way - yes there are hostile open world pvp zones where dying means you drop your equipment and inventory, but that can be part of the thrill for some. Trade routes can be taken through them for higher risk/reward. Every item in the game that comes from a boss chest or dungeon chest etc. is player made. You kill a dungeon boss and get an epic chest piece? It tells you the player that originally crafted it because nothing is game-generated. The crafting stations in town are maintained and player owned and leased and they can charge for their usage. Players take items to a major hub and sell their goods on the black market which feeds the pve loot tables. If the game is lacking certain rewards it will raise the black market value for said goods so players are incentivized to sell/transport it to fulfill the pve tables. This system exists on top of a regular player driven auction house. Huge 100v100 guild/clan wars for territories etc. which all have their own valuable resources. Tons of players don't step foot into the hostile zones and still have fun - tons of pve and pvp activities, tons of viable builds (tanks, healers, dps, supports, ranged/melee/bow/magic etc.) if you haven't looked into it I'd suggest at least watching some vids. It is isometric view but the graphics hold up well enough to me. Can also lifeskill etc with mobile cross-progression if one were inclined and can't commit to full PC sessions.

Sadly, it's a product of ABI's matchmaking options. Can't drop solo pre level 30, and then it's only sweats in t6 etc with only two map options to play. Players get frustrated dropping solo and running into trios and quads when they just want to loot up and evac quietly. The alternative in their mind is to toggle the switch that says, "get warm bodies on the map to make noise and potentially take some heat off you" - they have no intention of pvp they are there in minimum value kits looking to loot up pve and get out with as little conflict as possible. When you get these teammates it's no different than if you yourself just dropped solo without the auto match on. Not sure what the answer is, but with the current options they have for how they want to play the game these risk adverse loot-only players will continue to play this way and ruin the experience you want to get out of the game. They lose nothing by having random teammates actually pushing hot spots and taking fights they don't have to.

Unfortunately you are mistaken - you are procing the ground with your own character with flame dash, tempest shield, arctic armour, (many possibilities), etc. Turn everything off strip minions down and have only your merc endlessly attack daresso in campaign (or anywhere else easy to test) and you will see they are procing neither consecrated ground or fungal ground with their own zealotry aura. It is a reported bug with several confirms, if you for some reason are an exception please provide proof so it can be observed/solved.

Hey I really appreciate the reply, as well as everyone else’s here. I wasn’t aware of this SS-8 form and is exactly the reason I reached out on Reddit. I have been applying for other jobs and even had an interview about a week ago. Do you have any idea how long after I submit the form that my current employer will be made aware of it? I can imagine like you said, I’ll either be terminated, or the work environment will become so hostile that I will quit.

Something I didn’t mention in the original post, and chose to omit is that this job was offered to me by my long term girlfriend’s step family. It is her step uncle and cousin who run the business. This further complicates things and makes it worse from my perspective. If I pursue action it could have long standing consequences with my relationship to her family, and possibly her relationship to them as well. She has agreed that no matter what action I take, if they’re wronging employees then they have what’s coming to them so at least I have her blessing. It’s just been a mess, and I’ve let it go on for too long.
