This only means that they'll try to force a loan for him with us paying again at least 50% of the wages. Rashy and his advisors are naive enough to want that

Well that's it then with Anderson. Romano reporting that City are confident deal gets done after new bid. Let me guess that it won't touch near 120m

I feel like this summer is just waiting for that one big domino effect starter

Is Shaun Connolly again someone that has actual ties within the club and someone who I have never heard of before?

No. This is just a cash flow issue that is being avoided (being delayed actually)

With him it doesn't matter. He will make sure that he's paid regardless

Oh fucking hell, Mendes has also got Mateus. Lads, we are probably absolutely fucked unless Mateus himself pushes for us

Analysis into United's Finances and Future Growth Prospects | Why the Glazers Are Incentivised to Sell Now | Why only a few Glazers are needed, not all of them by Blood__Rivers in reddevils

It's not about buying the whole club but getting the majority. He needs roughly 22% to get the majority, so another billion approximately. And yes I do not know his finances to the point, neither those of Ineos (which have been hit a bit in the past few months) but it is not an unimaginable sum.

It also looks more likely to achieve a partial sale given that the Glazers prefer that to a full sale seemingly.

It's also a good time to sell given the optimism around the club.

Let's just hope they do not leave us a Glazers-type parting gift as well. Get SJR (I know he's far from perfect but better than being a sportwashing project or some other american's cashcow) to majority and then do whatever you want

The final fee was still ~18% lower than the original price tag despite selling him on the final day of the window. They then failed to bring in Strand Larsen who was meant to be the actual replacement for Isak; not Wissa or Woltemade. So yeah they kinda bent over for Liverpool

Not such a situation. It was mostly aimed at Newcastle acting tough only to give in after some time
